HCM | Schrader acted as programming consultant to the architecture firms of AECOM, Washington, DC, and WCGS, Albany, NY, and provided programming and planning services for the first new State Police complex to be designed in New York in the past 30 years. The new facility will function as State Police Headquarters for a one million person population and will include Police communications, State IT operations, a Quartermaster building, as well as a vehicle fit-out and maintenance facility to support the entire NYSP fleet.
